fibub is free to use for personal and business purposes. By using it you agree to these terms.

Using the tools

• Use the tools only with files you have the right to use and change.
• Do not use fibub for anything unlawful in your country.
• fibub does not remove passwords, copy protection or digital rights management, and you may not try to use it for that.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload or attack the site.

No warranty

The tools are provided free and "as is", without any warranty. Compressing or converting a file can change how it looks or works: check the result, and keep your original file until you are happy with it.

Not professional advice

Calculators give estimates for general information only. They are not financial, tax, legal or immigration advice. Rules such as tax rates or photo requirements change; confirm them with the official source before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, fibub and its maker are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the site or its tools, including lost or damaged files. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

The site itself

The fibub name and site design belong to its maker. The site's code is public on GitHub. Third-party libraries it uses keep their own licences.

Changes and law

These terms may be updated; the date below shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away protections your own country's consumer law gives you.
